Analyze the hydraulic system of the machine; there are three main reasons for the formation of the oil at the vent hole of the torque converter: one is that the outlet pressure valve spool is stuck; the outlet pressure of the torque converter is greater than the inlet pressure; the other is the oil seal of the torque converter guide wheel seat Damage; the pressure oil in the torque converter leaks from the guide wheel housing to the torque converter gear chamber; the oil is formed at the vent hole; the third is the oil seal of the shaft end of a certain hydraulic pump; the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is large when the engine is started; the pressure of the pump Larger; more hydraulic oil leaks from the oil seal of the shaft end of the pump shaft; the oil is formed at the vent hole of the torque converter. The oil level in the oil tank of the gearbox rises; it may only be the hydraulic oil leaking into the gear chamber of the torque converter. Through the connection between the torque converter and the gearbox; leakage into the oil tank of the transmission; then only the steering hydraulic pump or the hydraulic pump shaft of the working equipment is damaged.
After dismantling; found that the oil seal at the shaft end of the steering hydraulic pump has been damaged; after replacing the oil seal; test the vehicle; the appearance of the fault is not seen; the analysis is verified.
